Youth Week Rolls on for the Rapid Relief Team
It has been a busy week of skateboards, scooters and school holidays for RRT, as it supported events in North Parramatta and Katoomba for NSW Youth Week.
RRT volunteers cooked up 100 sausage sandwiches for young people and their families at an event at Lawson Skate Park hosted by the Mountains Youth Services Team (MYST).
RRT also partnered with Karabi Youth & Family Support Services for ‘Youth Homelessness Matters Day’ at Richill Park in North Parramatta. Karabi provides assistance to young people aged 12-17 and their families in the Blacktown and Parramatta Local Government Areas.
