Hurricane Beryl relief efforts continue. RRT Volunteers from Mandeville teamed up once more with MP Floyd Green, traveling across St. Elizabeth to deliver RRT Family Food boxes, water, and ice to various communities. Though the hurricane has passed, the summer heat remains intense! Six (6) Months, thats the timeline given to many residents of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica for the restoration of basic amenties - Power, Water, Internet. The passage of #HurricaneBeryl completely destroyed the homes of many and power lines within the Parish. All of which will now have to be reconstructed. They have a long journey ahead, RRT volunteers from Mandeville were humbled to partner with local MP Floyd Green to provide Snack Packs and water to the residents affected. #rrtcares ... The Fisheries Division is an essential part of the food supply chain in Barbados. Many boats - the source of their livelihoods were destoryed with the passing of #HurricaneBeryl. RRT Volunteers were humbled to give 100 of our Signature Food Boxes to families in the fisheries division affected the Hurricane.
