According to Homelessness Australia, 1 in 200 people are homeless across the state. While there are many contributing factors, domestic and family violence is cited as the biggest cause of homelessness.
Across the globe, many charitable organisations work to bridge the gap for the homeless, with homeless missions offering food, clothing and shelter to people in times of crisis.
The Rapid Relief Team (RRT) humbly supports the noble efforts of Australia’s homeless missions with catered breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and donates warm, portable blankets and other essential items to those in need.
