The Rapid Relief Team (RRT) is committed to regulatory compliance and good corporate governance. Our Safe Working Policy enables all activities to be carried out safely, and with all possible measures taken to remove or reduce risks to the health, safety and welfare of team members, the community, and anyone else who may benefit from our operations. Governance reporting is publicly available, including our annual report. The systems and financial integrity of RRT are regularly audited by accredited third parties to provide assurance to those we assist.

To facilitate our Safe Working Policy, RRT has implemented a Work, Health and Safety system that conforms to the requirements of Australian Standard AS4801:2008 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Our risk based approach to safety management, and focus on comprehensive induction and training of our teams ensures the welfare of our volunteers.
