RRT Donates1,600 Meals to Raise Funds for Convoy for Kids

RRT has supported Convoy for Kids in its bid to raise funds for local children with terminal illnesses or disabilities at two events in Goulburn and Wollongong. RRT Goulburn volunteer served about 1,500 meals at the Convoy for Kids Carnival Day at Goulburn Recreational Area, where families were invited to enjoy a truck convoy, big rigs, carnival rides and other entertainment.

Every year RRT Goulburn volunteers supply the food free of charge, encouraging donations instead that go to help Goulburn kids and families doing it tough. RRT is happy to have been working with Convoy for Kids for more than a decade, as they give so much back to their local communities and the families and children who need extra support.

In Wollongong, RRT volunteers supported the i98FM Illawarra Convoy for Kids event, serving more than 150 meals at the Convoy Shop, ahead of the main event next weekend.
