Posted: September 4, 2026

The fires kept burning.
Stourbridge. The New Forest. Cambridgeshire. Cardiff. Crews back in the heat, working through conditions that don’t let up. 4,000 meals in August alone. More than 10,000 since the summer began.

The Sports Alive Charity Day brought children and young people together with services and their communities — sport and activity building real connections, steering young lives toward something better. burger meals served to all attending.

In Lincoln, volunteers supported a Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance golf day, raising funds to keep the service flying.
