Manchester RRT help out at Run for Hope Salford

On Saturday 31st August, Manchester RRT attended the Run4Hope event in Salford. Despite the rain, there was an impressive turnout of runners, all running between 5-10k, to raise funds for Victory Outreach Manchester. Over £20,000 was raised for this great cause. What a result!
Hosted annually, Run4Hope is not only an enjoyable event for all ages and abilities, it is a time each year where family and friends join together to raise money for an amazing cause. The much-needed funds go towards combatting inner-city crime and breaking the cycles of drug and alcohol addiction and its devastating effects on real lives. These funds help the volunteers at Victory Outreach Manchester to set up recovery homes for men and women to be rehabilitated into society, giving them hope and purpose.
