Our Board
The Rapid Relief Team (RRT) is a volunteer-led organisation, with the majority of our volunteers drawn from the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church.
Our board is composed of dedicated volunteers chosen for their professional experience, leadership skills, and capacity to contribute their time. They bring strong business and entrepreneurial backgrounds, providing the strategic direction that shapes and strengthens RRT’s charitable impact.
Anthony Arkcoll, Director
Anthony is the General Manager of a leading importer and wholesaler of accessories for the Australian electricity industry. He brings strong organisational expertise, with a focus on business development, consultancy, and stakeholder management.

John Proctor, Director
John is the Managing Director of a national wholesale building supplies business. He brings a wealth of experience in operations and human resources, with a strong focus on people and performance.

Richard Grosse, Director
Rick is a qualified accountant, tax agent, and auditor. He played a pivotal role in RRT's establishment as a registered charity and remains actively involved in regulatory, governance, and compliance matters.

Scott Jensen, Director
Scott is the General Manager of a leading commercial roof repair and maintenance business. He has been a highly active volunteer of RRT's Regional Team in Queensland, and so brings hand-on leadership, particularly in the delivery of large-scale relief events, along with project management expertise.

Rodney Martin, Director
Rod is the Sales Director of an industry leading manufacturer of agricultural amd commodity protection products. With his experience as an RRT Local Team Leader, he brings in-depth knowledge in stakeholder engagement and community connection.

Mark Tchappat, Director
Mark is the Managing Director of an SME advisory firm and holds qualifications in tax, accounting and law (International Taxation). He brings extensive financial and strategic capability to the board.

Tony Allpress, Director
Tony is a Partner and General Manager of an earthmoving equipment rental business, with over 20 years of experience across asset management, procurement, and operational leadership. He brings strong practical experience in fleet management and utilisation. Tony provides oversight of RRT’s asset pool, aligning his practical experience in managing complex fleets to support effective utilisation, maintenance, and long-term asset strategy.
