RRT Brings Smiles for Students at Sensory Fun Run

RRT has helped students have a bright and colourful day at the Sensory Fun Run at Gralee School in Leeton.
More than 100 students from other schools joined in on the fun, participating in running races and sensory activities. RRT volunteers supported the day by providing a sausage sizzle to students and staff, serving 240 meals.
RRT has supported this event for a few years and it is always a fun day for all, days like this are a great way for the community to come together and make connections.
Gralee School is a school for specific purposes (SPP) where each individual student is provided with personal care, support and a tailored education to meet their unique needs

“It is always special for our volunteers to bring a bit of joy to local kids and see their smiling faces."
Terry Padgen, RRT Leeton Team Leader
