Each year in British Columbia, Canada, the month of April marks the Daffodil Month for The Canadian Cancer Society. Through a series of events, the Daffodil Campaign Fundraiser is a great way for the Canadian Cancer Society to raise awareness in the communities and gather support for their commitment in the fight against cancer. The funds raised are used to send children with cancer to Camp Good Times.

This year members of the Rapid Relief Team from Abbotsford assisted at a few of these Daffodil Campaign Fundraisers. On April 8th and 16th, the RRT volunteers stationed themselves at the entrance of a local grocery store to sell the daffodils and gather donations from the community.
